The interest for our Cludeo based challenge event for Rainbows and Brownies has been extremely positive and we are delighted that bookings are now open.

Saturday 14th June 2025.
Venue St Mary's School, London Road, Colchester, CO3 8LT

The Rainbow session will take place 9am until 1pm
The Brownie session will take place from 12.30pm to 5.15pm
What will it cost:
£10 per girl – no charge for adults or Young Leaders.
You will need to maintain the child adult (18+) ratio applicable to your section (minimum of 2 adults).
The charge includes a badge and activities.
Activities will be for girls only, leaders and Young Leaders will receive a badge.

Payment should be made where possible by BACS/bank transfer (reference ‘Clue-Dun-It Challenge’) - details are on the booking forms

If you need to pay by cheque please send it to Clue-Dun-It Challenge, County Office, Unit 7 Park Farm, Kelvedon Road, Inworth, Colchester, CO5 9SH made payable to Girlguiding Essex North East.

Places are strictly limited to 300 participants in each session and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please note that we aim to close the form as soon as numbers have been reached however our volunteers may need to contact you further.

The closing date for bookings is 16th May 2025, no additional or late bookings can be accepted. Your booking will be acknowledged within 5 days of receipt of your booking form.

If you are the main leader for both sections, please complete a form for each individual unit, indicating this on your booking forms. We will be in touch regarding separate arrangements for your Brownies arrival.

A details letter will be sent to you by the 1st June 2025 which will give you arrival time and departure time together with a brief outline of the day and details of anything you will need to bring with you. Units are responsible for their own emergency home contact.

This is a large scale event and leaders are responsible for managing photograph permission.

Please note that the venue has steps to the tennis court area and if weather is inclement other areas may be a little uneven under foot (like rabbit holes). Please ensure that access needs for both girls and volunteers are stated on your booking form.
