Girlguiding is for all girls
Rainbows is for girls aged 4/5 to 7,
Brownies for girls aged 7 to 10,
Guides for girls aged 10 to 14 and Rangers for girls aged 14 to 18.
Girlguiding Essex North East is committed to being an inclusive organisation that is accessible to all girls and young women.
As our leaders and commissioners are all volunteers the cost of attending depends on the unit’s overheads e.g. hall hire varies from unit to unit.
Many of our units do have waiting lists but again the length and availability of spaces varies.
On registering your daughter you will be shown where your nearest units are and given the opportunity to select your top 3 choices. On submitting the information the leader of your first choice will be given 21 days to contact you. She is best placed to advise on subscriptions, waiting lists and availability of spaces.
