This online session will :
Discuss  responsibilities in managing unit accounts.
Explore the finance policy and procedures.
Examine the requirements of managing unit funds and accounts and maintaining good records.
Recognise the importance of budgeting and look at the upcoming changes to census and how to include in the unit budget.
