Residential events are fun and some of the most memorable experiences girls and young women have with guiding. They offer opportunities for adventure and also for learning and developing skills like teamwork, leadership and independent living. Leaders get to know their girls better in a relaxed environment. Our residential advisers are here to support leaders.

County Walking Days If you like the great outdoors and fancy joining the county walking advisers for some guided walks then please check out the dates below. Walks are social events, but can include navigation skills as well if required. Usually 1st Sunday of the month

What is ENERGY Burst? It’s our county camp for Ranger, Guides and Young Leaders. We’re passionate about giving girls chance for adventure and sharing the out of doors. Whether you have never camped with your unit, have some equipment but have never led your own camp, have experience and want to complete your camping module or that you camp and just don’t want to miss the fun – we’ve got you covered.
